The Bush Pig is a strong, stocky pig with powerful forequarters. Its upper tusks are barely visible, but the lower tusks are razor sharp and grow to 7cm in length. Bush Pig are omnivorous but also scavenge. They have poor eyesight but they compensate for this drawback with their exceptionally good smelling and hearing power. Bush Pig is an excellent swimmer. It often wallows in the mud to prevent overheating and to protect itself against insect bites. Weight: 60 kg
